Ingredients

    1 dash Pepper, black
    2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
    2 serving Garlic (1 clove)
    3 cup Steam Ready California Blend (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots), Stop & Shop (09/13/11)
    8 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz
    0.50 cup Swanson's unsalted chicken broth

Tips

I like to add the broccoli to the stir fry before pouring the stir fry into the serving bowls. It gives the broccoli that teriyaki taste, and is super yummy!!


Directions

1. Season Chicken with salt and black pepper to taste. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute for about 1 minute. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minute or until browned on all sides. Add chives (or green onion) and cook, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced slightly.


2. Evenly divide brown rice (not included in Nutrition Information, I ate recipe without rice) among 4 plates or shallow bowls. Top each with about 1 cup each of chicken and steamed broccoli.
