Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Chili powder
    2.0 tsp Cumin seed
    9.0 tbsp Oregano, ground
    16.0 oz Pork Tenderloin
    16.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    45.0 cup Hominy
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.75 cup Red chile puree
    2.0 tbsp Green chile chopped hot
    15.0 serving Chicken boullion cubes
    14.5 oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes

Directions

Cook pork in oil. Dissolve boullion cubes in warm water. Add to pork. Add all other ingredients except hominy. Rinse honing and add. Bring to boil. Serving Size: 2 Cups
