Ingredients

    32 oz Water, tap
    28 oz Chicken Stock
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    8 cups (1" pieces) Cauliflower
    3 tsp Garlic
    1lb Italian Sausage, pork
    .5 cup Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
    3 cup chopped Kale
    3 cups fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp Salt or to taste
    1 tsp Pepper, black or to taste
    2 tsp red pepper flakes ( optional )

Directions

1. Cook sausage in skillet until almost done and add in bacon bits. Cook until cooked through. Drain grease and set aside. 2. In a large pot add water, chicken stock, onion, garlic and cauliflower. Cook over medium-high heat. 3. Once cauliflower is half cooked add in the sausage and bacon. Turn heat down to medium-low. Cook until cauliflower is tender. While that is cooking chop kale. 4. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and kale. Cook until heated through 2-3mins. 5. Serve and enjoy. Leftovers may be refrigerated. Best consumed within 5 days.
