Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz Perdue Ground Chicken Breast - 99% Fat Free (by LAURIE32)
    2 cup Del Monte Diced tomatoes with Green Chilis (by MC6547) (1 can)
    2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato (1 can)
    4 cup Beans, black (2 cans)
    4 cup "Great Value" Kidney Beans, Light Red (.5cups) (by LRBARRIOS) (2 cans)
    4 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans (2 cans)
    16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked
    1 tsp. cumin
    Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground sausage and chicken until done. Drain.

Combine in slow cooker all canned ingredients and cooked & drained meat. Stir in cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook on warm for at least 8 hours. The longer this cooks, the better it tastes.
