Ingredients

    12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    8 oz Chorizo, pork and beef
    2 cup carrots frozen crinkle cut great value/walmart brand
    2.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    6 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
    32 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild
    4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked

Directions

Dice chicken. Brown with chorizo. Combine broth, salsa, potatoes, and vegetables in the crockpot or large soup pan. When chicken is cooked through, add to crockpot. Allow to cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. Serve over rice.
