Ingredients

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 small Onions, raw
.50 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
3 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
1.5 tsp Soy Sauce
2 fl oz Water, tap
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
4 Publix French Hamburger Rolls, lightly toasted
If you don't have a Publix available, Kaiser or any hefty type rolls will work.
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, vinegar and maple syrup, set aside.
Dice onions, peppers and tomatoes, set aside.
Coat a medium skillet with olive oil spray, brown turkey over medium heat until done, drain off juices. Place turkey back in skillet over medium heat.
Add vegetables and saute until tender.
Mix in tomato paste, soy sauce mixture and steak seasoning.
Bring to a light simmer breaking up any larger pieces of turkey.
Allow to simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve on lightly toasted rolls.
