Introduction

Bake 2 pie crust until lightly browned. In mixing bowl add softened 8 oz. cream cheese and mix 1/2 cup of sugar. Fold in 2 cups of whipping cream. Cut up 3 medium size bananas and put into the bottom of 2 cooled pie crusts. Pour cream cheese mixture equally into the 2 pie crusts. On top of the cream cheese mixture put 1 cup of blueberries over the top of both pies. Cool in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Bake 2 pie crust until lightly browned.     2 cup, whipped Light Whipping Cream
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh
    2 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake

Directions

The pie shells need to be cooked and cooled before putting the banana slices into them.

Serving Size: The two pies make up 16 slices of pie or 8 slices per pie.
