Ingredients

    2 lb pork sirloin tip roast (sliced thin)
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or fresh cayenne)
    1/2 cup avocado oil
    2 tsp sesame oil

Tips

Add more salt and pepper to your liking. Serve over fried rice or cauliflower fried rice if you're watching carbs. Enjoy!


Directions

Combine the sliced pork, coconut flour, salt, cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Heat the avocado oil and sesame oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until shimmering. Add the coated pork and fry until crispy and cooked through – about four minutes. Remove the crispy pork from the pan and set aside.
