Introduction

3.0 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups)
1.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
1.75 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
1.0 serving(s) enchilada sauce mix
2.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Top with 2 chicken breasts. Cook on low for approx 7 hrs/ high for 4 hours. Once done, shred chicken and mix to combine everything. Spoon into romain lettuce leaves for lower carb tacos. Alternative, roll mix into a leaf of regular head lettuce for enchilada/burrito alternatives. Top with choice of salsa and or hot sauce.
