Ingredients

    24 oz Meatball and Meatloaf Mix Price Chopper
    20 oz Shady Brook Farms 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style)
    3/4 cup, Onions, raw, chopped fine
    1/2 cup, Baby Bella Mushrooms, fresh, chopped fine
    3 clove Garlic chopped fine
    1 or 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

    (Not counted because I didn't have it- 2Tbsp Worcestershire sauce)
    Optional, 2 Tbsp no salt added tomato paste.

Tips

Make ahead and freeze. Bake on a rack on a baking sheet to further reduce fat. serving size would be 3 or 4 meatballs, but I set nutrition info for 1 meatball for ease of entering to food tracker. Hope you enjoy.


Directions

Mix ingredients well by hand (or in a food processor taking care not to overmix/overprocess the meat.) Form into 1.5 oz meatballs- I measured on a diet scale. Arrange on baking sheet and bake in preheated 350*F oven for about 30-35 minutes to an internal temperature of 160*F
