Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx. 16 oz)
    1 jar of Herdez Salsa Verde (16oz) + equal parts water
    1 can of Beans, black (2 cups)
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned (12oz)
    29oz can of Tomato Sauce + equal parts water


Directions

1. Drain and rinse the can of black beans, then set aside.
2. Drain the can of corn, then set aside
3. Place the raw chicken in the crockpot
4. Place the remaining ingredients in the crockpot to cover the chicken.
5. Cover with the lid and set on low or high depending on time allotted.
6. For low, cook approximately 6-8 hours. For high, cook approximately 4-6 hours. Cook until chicken falls apart and is easy to shred.
7. Shred chicken and stir.
8. Serve and eat!

Tortilla Chips or Corn Chips
Crackers/Goldfish
Sour cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
