    225 grams Onions, raw
    134 grams Carrots, raw
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    168 grams Celery, raw

Directions

cup up all veg into large dice
rinse canned beans
combine all ingredients in crock pot
cook on high for 4 hours
