This is SO yummy! You'll taste the juicy, grilled salmon with a blend of onions! This is a great sandwich if you love salmon! Ingredients

    2 slices whole-wheat bread
    1 tbsp Light Mayo
    Sweet Onions
    Garlic (optional to taste)
    Black pepper (optional to taste)
    1 fillet Salmon
    1/2 tsp Canola oil

Directions

1.Cook salmon fillet throughly with the 1/2 tsp canola oil and add garlic and black pepper to taste.
2.While the salmon is half way cooked add the sweet onions they should be soft.
3.Toast bread add 1 tbsp mayo, salmon, and the onions.

ENJOY!!

    Incredible!
    Thanks for the recipe. I tried it and it tasted wonderful. However i replace the salmon fillet with grill salmon and add in just a pinch of lemon powder for better aroma. - 2/6/11
