Ingredients

    896 gram (2 pounds) bartels farms grass fed organic beef 85/15 ground beef (by TGGIUNTA1989)
    2 serving Coconut Milk (full fat), 1/2 Cup (90mL) (by KRITTERKEEPERS)
    1 large Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

In a large skillet, put melt butter then add onion and carrot and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Add coconut milk and tomato paste and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes
