Ingredients

    1.0 cup lindberg wild rice blend
    2.0 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    16.0 oz Beans, Red Kidney Beans (Happy Harvest)
    2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1.25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    0.75 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    1.0 cup Canned Tomatoes
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tbsp cumin powder
    1.0 tsp chili powder
    1.0 tsp garam masala
    0.5 tsp smoked paprika
    2.0 tbsp Salt
    2.0 serving(s) bay leaf
    4 Garlic cloves

Directions

Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in a Saute pan. In a big pot, add the rest of ingredients add 2-3 cups of water. Add in Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic. Cover and set on low heat for 30 min. And serve with sour cream &/or cheese
