2 oz (18 kernels) Cashew Nuts, oil roasted (salt added)
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.50 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
2 serving Mariani , Premium Sweetened Dried Cranberries , 1/4 cup (30g)
6 tbsp Kraft Smooth Light Peanut Butter
10 tbsp No Name liquid honey
2 tbsp Cacoa Powder - Dagoba Organic
25.50 gram Vegegreens
0.50 cup Caveman Whole Wheat Flour
.5 cup, halves Apricots, dried
6 serving Beyond Raw Rebuilt-Mass (by RICH2RENEE)
6 1tsp Canola Oil
1 tsp Salt
.75 cup No Name Raisin and Almond Granola
12 cup Caveman Quick Oats (Robin Hood)
Directions
Grease a 13"x9"x2" Baking pan, set aside
In a medium sauce pan heat canola oil, margarine and protein powder. Blend in mixer if required, to get course crumbs. Remove from heat.
Mix in eggs, baking powder, vanilla, peanut butter and molasses until smooth.
Stir in oatmeal.
Spread out into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Serving Size: Makes 15 pieces
