Introduction

This is a really easy thing to throw together when you don't want something complicated, especially good with brown rice and to keep for up to a week for easy work lunches. Ingredients

    12 oz can Yellow Sweet Corner
    2 - 12 oz cans low sodium black beans
    1 lb. Okra, frozen, sliced
    12 oz can Tomatoes, Diced w/ Jalepenos
    6 links SMOKED TURKEY SAUSAGE, sliced

Directions

Throw everything into a big pot on high heat. Stir and cover with lid, bring to a boil, the stir again and cover again. Turn heat down to 1 or 2 and leave to simmer for an hour or two. Serve by itself or garnish with 2 tblsp of Chipotle salsa for added flavor.
