Ingredients

    .5 medium Banana, fresh (or frozen)
    1 serving Calci Boost or Calcitrim milk (Anchor) x 200ml glass
    .5 cup Frozen Berries
    .5 serving Protein Powder (Clean Paleo - Native Vanilla)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Throw all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
