This is a single serve version of a taco salad my aunt makes. She uses Taco Doritos instead and adds other veggies, so feel free to changes! Ingredients

4oz ground turkey (turkey burger patties work well!)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup Fiesta/Taco blend cheese
2 tbsp Catalina Free dressing
1oz Nacho/Taco Doritos
1 tsp Taco seasoning (or to taste) + water to mix
Directions
Brown the turkey and mix the taco seasoning and water and let simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavor. Layer the rest of the ingredients in a bowl in no particular order, add the ground turkey, and stir!
It'll take longer if you're cutting up veggies and not using canned tomatoes or bag salad. But it's still super quick.
