    0.25 cup Wondra
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A


Melt butter. Whisk in Wondra on low heat. Then add seasonings. Stir constantly. Add milk to desired consistency. Remove from heat.
