Introduction

Ingredients

    5oz Beef Enderloin with Juices

Directions

Microwave Oven: (Heat on microwave safe plate. Contents will be hot!)

-Remove sleeve and plastic film from black tray. Pierce plastic Chateaubriand pouch with 2 small holes on top and place on microwave safe plate. Heat on High as follows:
1. Rare - 2 min 45 sec
2. Med Rare - 3 min
3. Medium - 3 min 15 sec
4. Med Well - 3 min 45 sec
5. Well - 4 min 15 sec
-Remove and set aside for 5-10 min to allow juices to settle
-Pour sauce in microwave safe dish. Heat on HIGH x 1 min 15 sec. Remove and set aside.
-Remove Chateaubriand and place on cutting board. Cut into 1/2" slices and place on plate.
-Stir sauce and place next to Chateaubriand.
-Serve and Enjoy

Stove Top:
-Pour suace into small sauce pan and heat on low. Stir frequently until sauce is heated. Remove and set aside.
-Remove Chateaubriand and place in small non stick pan.
-Cover and heat on medium, turning frequently until hot.
-Continue cooking if you prefer Chateaubriand to be well done.
-To check doneness, cut into center of Chateaubriand and look at the center.
-Remove and transfer to a cutting board and let sit fro 5-10 min for juices to settle.
-Cut into 1/2" slices and place on plate.
-Pour the sauce into a serving bowl and enjoy.
