Introduction

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs venison roast
seasoned salt & pepper
1 packet onion soup mix
1 packet au jus mix
1 10 oz can beef consommé
12 oz canned whole mushrooms
1 10 oz can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
16oz extra wide egg noodles
2 cup milk or cream
mashed potatoes, for serving
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in instant pot.
2. Season roast with season salt and pepper.
3. Place the roast in the instant pot and brown all sides, and sprinkle with the onion soup mix and the au jus mix.
4. Pour the consommé and cream of mushroom soup over top and briefly mix together.
5. Add in the mushrooms.
6. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
7. Shred the roast and stir into the broth.
8. Stir in the uncooked egg noodles, adding water if needed.
9. Recover and cook on until al dente.
10. Pour in the cream and mix thoroughly.
11. Scoop mashed potatoes onto a plate and top with a hearty helping of noodles
