Introduction

Lower fat, HIGH protein dip with all the flavors of ranch dressing. Lower fat, HIGH protein dip with all the flavors of ranch dressing.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 container (7 ounces) Fage Total full-fat Greek yogurt
    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dried
    2 tablespoons snipped chives or 3/4 teaspoon dried
    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 3/4 teaspoon dried
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    .125 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)

Tips

Fresh herbs are preferred but dry are fine. You can larger amounts of all dried ingredients and store them in a mason jar. You may want to skip the herbs in case you have them fresh at the time you want to prepare this dish. I haven't tried this yet but I think if you add some buttermilk to the dip, it could make a great salad dressing. The cayenne doesn't add much heat but rather a nice flavor depth but eliminate it if you want.


Directions

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend. Store in a tightly covered container for up to 3 to 4 days.

Serving Size: Makes 7 servings, 2 tablespoons each
