Ingredients

    4 serving Rice - Uncle Ben's Ready Whole Grain Medley - Brown & Wild serving = 1 cup
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    5 serving Green Giant Steamer Mixed Vegetables
    8 large Scrambled Egg
    5 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook rice according to directions, scramble the eggs, dice and cook chicken breast (season how you want, I used garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder). Then add all ingredients to a large wok with the frozen mixed veggies and soy sauce, heat until warm.
