Ingredients

1.5 cup Great Value Lentils, rinsed and picked over
1 cup, sliced Celery, raw
1.5 cup, sliced Carrots, raw
1.5 cup Green Beans (snap)
8 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage (Pork, Turkey, Beef), browned and cut into half moons
4 cup Trader Joe's Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
1.75 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
0.5 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Italian Blend Seasoning
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3 serving Garlic, raw (1 clove / serving) , minced
S&P to taste
Tips
It is easy peasy! Remember that the Instant Pot needs to come to pressure before the time cooking starts, then natural release will take time. All total, it could take 40 mins., but you are free to do other things while it cooks :D
Directions
1. Prep vegetables.
2. Rinse lentils and pick over to remove stones.
3. Brown sausage.
4. Put all the ingredients in to the Instant Pot and stir to mix. Lock lid. Turn vent to Sealing.
5. Press Manual, adjust to 18 mins.
6. When the cooking is done, turn off, unplug and allow to naturally release.
7. Enjoy!
