Ingredients

    12 oz Shrimp, raw
    8 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat
    6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    24 oz Pic Sweet Chopped Spinach - Frozen (by CALIGURL57)
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Directions

Sauté green onions in butter. Add thawed shrimp cook until they turn pink. Add spinach mix well. Add cream cheese (room temperature) mix well. add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese mix. Put into greased baking pan 9 x 12. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and the bread crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
Freezes well!
