Ingredients

    1 serving Humus, Sabra, Roasted Red Pepper 2 tbl
    0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, no skin, fried
    1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, pita, whole-wheat
    1 serving Salad - Garden Salad Mix (3 cups)
    1 serving balsamic vinegret dressing 4 tsp (by TINAB5443)

Directions

Cook chicken breast and cut in half. Use only half of chicken breast sliced, open pocket of pita bread put 1 tbsp of hummus, 1/2 cup of salad mix, and 1/4 of chicken breast, inside, top with 2 tsp salad dressing on each pita half. Enjoy
