    1 tsp Smoked Paprika

    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon,
    2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    2 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 tbsp White Onion, finely minced
    2 cloves Garlic, finely minced

1 Jalapeno pepper, with seeds removed, finely minced

Tips

Brush onto beef, pork, or poultry while grilling. Can be smoothed out in a blender, if desired. I leave mine as is. Will keep in fridge in airtight glass container for 2 weeks or more.

Directions

Mince onion, garlic, and peppers very finely. Add to shallow bowl with Adobo Sauce from the Chipotle peppers. Mash with back of spoon into a fine paste, and set aside.
Add all liquid ingredients to saucepan over med/high heat, and bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat.
Add all dry ingredients, including minced vegetable paste made earlier.
Simmer on low to med heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour into airtight container, I use a mason jar.
