Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups White Rice, medium grain
    3 cups Water
    9 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar
    1.5 tsp Sugar
    1.5 tbsp Salt
    10 Sushi Nori sheets
    3 Avocados, California (Haas), sliced thinly
    2 medium Carrots, cut into long thin strips
    5 Mini Cucumbers, cut into long thin strips
    10 Green Onion stalks, sliced in half lengthwise
    8 oz Imitation Crab Mates (Leg Style)
    3 oz Smoked Salmon
    20 Cooked Small-Medium sized shrimp

Directions

Rinse rice in colander until water runs clear. Combine with 3 c water, bring to boil, and simmer 20 min. Allow to cool 10 min. Combine rice vinegar with sugar and salt; microwave 1 min; stir until dissolved. Toss with rice, waving plate over rice until no longer steaming. Cover and allow to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 10 rolls
