Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.9 cup chilli beans canned (by SARAH.BODELL)
    1.9 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
    3.8 serving Tomatoes, Kroger Canned DICED TOMATOES, mild/w green chilies 1/2c(121g) (by CRLYN31)
    3.8 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
    46 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    2 serving Onions, yellow sauteed 1 cup
    2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.33 tbsp Cumin Seasoning (by SHEEPDAN)
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    1 serving Seasonings - Oregano - 5Cal/1-tsp. (by ***DEBRA***)
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Onion powder
    3 tsp Paprika
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)

Tips

It tastes great with lean ground beef also.


Directions

Saute the onions and green peppers with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Add the ground turkey and cook it completely. Add all the other ingredients in a bowl. Mix the meat mixture and the other ingredients together in a large pot and cook on low until it is hot. I mix all the seasonings together, and then put one tablespoon of the mixture into the meat mixture as it cooks and one tablespoon into the bowl mixture with all the other ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 6 to 8 bowls of chili depending on your bowl size.
