Introduction

Hummus, heavy on the garlic. Hummus, heavy on the garlic.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2C Chick peas, drained
    1/3C tahini
    1/4C lemon juice
    1 tsp salt
    4 cloves garlic minced or halved
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Place garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Serve with olive oil drizzled over the top or mixed in. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley and pepper.

You can cut back on the salt if you like or the garlic. I like to let this mingle over night to allow the flavor to develop.
