Ingredients

    4 cup Quaker Oats Gluten Free
    2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.75 cup Pumpkin seeds (shelled, raw, unsalted) (by NYTQUILL)
    3 serving Raw Sunflower seeds unsalted 1/4 of a cup (by BOUNDERAZ)
    8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    .5 cup Maple Syrup
    .33 cup Coconut Oil
    1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    8 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened

Tips

Feel free to change up the seeds, add nuts, change the dried fruit, add chocolate chips, etc...
I like to make a giant fruit salad w/ berries, chopped apples, and sliced bananas and added this to it with almond milk and mix it all up. Super filling that way!


Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients (except cranberries) in a large bowl.
Add in maple syrup and oil. Toss until evenly coated.
Split mixture between two pans in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir mixture with a wooden spoon. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Let granola cool till easily handled and then transfer to a large bowl. Once completely cooled break apart with hands, add cranberries. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
