    1 can Canned Tomatoes
    1 cup Parsley
    .5 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style
    4 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Paprika
    6 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2 cup Beans, red kidney
    8 cup, chopped Kale

Tips

The hardest part is chopping the potatoes and kale!


Directions

This is a crock pot recipe. Put everything in a crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours until everything is tender
