Ingredients

    1 69gms drained SEALORD Chunky Style Tuna in Springwater (95gms tin)
    2 200gms drained tin - 50gms ser SEALORD SMOKED FISH FILLETS (310gms tin)
    6 large Hard Boiled Egg
    0.75 cup Peas, frozen
    4 serving NOBLE (Mainland) Cheese - 25gms serving size
    1 serving Milk (Blue top) - 250mls -1 glass
    .25 cup Arrowroot flour
    15 mls Lemon Juice (optional)
    100 gram(s) Kumara /sweet potato
    1 cup Mashed Potatoes
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 dash Salt
    2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Tips

Not so suitable for freezing, but can be reheated.


Directions

Preheat oven to 180C.
In the meantime boil the eggs and also the potatoes/kumara.
Mash potato and kumara with a little butter.

In a baking bowl, put in drained fish and tuna. Add in frozen peas, peeled and chopped eggs, dill, S&P. Then cover in white sauce.

Place mash on top, sprinkle with grated cheese; and bake until golden on top.

Enjoy.
