Ingredients

4 serving Ling Ling (or your favorite) Potstickers chicken and vegetable dumplings (5 pieces)
    1 clove Garlic (minced)
    1 tsp Ginger Root (minced)
1 TBSP Avocado Oil (or oil of your choice)
3 TBSP Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 TBSP Sesame Oil
5 cups Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Blend or fresh vegetable blend of your favorites (cabbage, mushroom, snow peas, carrots, onions, asparagus, anything you want)
    2 tsp Corn Starch
    2 TBSP Hot sauce (optional)
    1 TBSP oyster sauce (optional)

Tips

I like to clean out my fridge with this recipe. I can use up almost every vegetable I have in this recipe. If I use cabbage I always put in an extra cup or 2 extra since it wilts.

Directions

1. Cook potstickers in boiling water according to package directions; drain.

2. Heat avocado oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add vegetables, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 3-5 minutes. Add potstickers; stir-fry 3 minutes.

3. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Once it starts to boil take it off the heat and serve.

TIP: If you want, you can substitute 1-1/2 cups bottled stir-fry sauce for the sauce in step 3.
