Ingredients

15 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles (15 whole noodles)
40 Sandwich slices Pepperoni, sliced (Sugardale) 5 sl / 1 oz
4 cup Tomato Sauce
1.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milk fat
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g)
1 cup foodclub colbyjack shredded cheese (by VIAFREE)
1 tbsp Oregano, ground
1 tbsp Garlic powder
Tips
Save time, don't pre-cook the noodles
Directions
Heat oven to 350
Separate Pepperoni slices
In a bowl beat eggs, add in cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, stir to combine
In a cake pan pour about 1/4 cup tomato sauce, layer 5 lasagna noodles, (4 side by side and 1 at bottom of pan, you may have to break off a little piece so it will fit), Top with half of the cottage cheese mixture, cover with 20 pepperoni slices, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of sauce, layer the rest of the ingredients as previously ordered. Top with the remaining 5 lasagna noodles, pour the rest of the sauce over it all. Top with cheese.
Cover with foil, bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serving Size: 1/12th of lasagna, about 1 cup
