Ingredients

    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 tbsp Sour Cream
    10 slices Bacon - chopped
    4 stalks Green Onion - diced
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Start by cooking the bacon. This can be done on the stove top or in the oven. Since we will be using the oven anyway, I find it easiest to just use that. Bake bacon for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Allow bacon to cool. Crack all 12 eggs into a large mixing bowl (add pepper if desired) and whisk until beaten. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greases muffin tins (12-16).
Bake egg cups for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
