Introduction

Tasty turkey burger. The parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce add a bit of zip.

Helpful hint: Use grill spray to help with some of the sticking on the grill. Also, try to make sure the mushroom are surrounded by the meat, otherwise they will fall out on the grill.

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1,25 lbs. Ground Turkey, 93% lean
    Mushrooms, canned peices & stems, 4 oz.
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 5 Tbsp.
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp.
    Salt, dash to taste
    Pepper, dash to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, split into 5 burgers. Grill approx. 4 minutes each side.

Makes 5 burgers.
