This is a loose version that is good for topping your favorite greens. Ingredients

6 chicken breasts from a bag of pre-frozen boneless skinless breasts
1 Cup raisins
2/3 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
½ Cup walnut pieces
2 medium apples
Directions
1. Boil chicken breasts and shred immediately after cooking. Allow shredded chicken to cool covered in refrigerator.
2. Core and cut apples and then chop them in to dice size chunks or a tad smaller.
3. Mix raisins, apple chunks, and walnut pieces with the miracle whip salad dressing.
4. Fold in the chilled chicken to the above mixture until it is evenly distributed.
Yields: 8 servings (½ Cup each).
