Vegetable Broth, 2 cup

Flour, white, 1 tsp
White Wine, 2 fl oz
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Boil Shrimp (Season if you desire)
Noodles -

Heat Olive Oil
Wisk in Flour
Reduce heat to low
Slow mix in white wine
Add Vegetable Broth
