Ingredients

    * Mangos, frozen, 1 cup, chunks**
    * Orange Juice, 1 cup
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed
    * Lemonade, 0.5 cup (4 fl oz)***

    **I use frozen mango chunks found in the frozen food section of Whole Foods in lieu of slicing fresh mangos. You are welcome to use fresh fruit instead of the frozen fruit, just add a cup of ice to give your slushie that fun and tasty slushie texture!

    ***This slushie does not need any sugar since the strawberries and mango combined give it a sweet taste. The lemonade just adds the tart flavor! To cut sugar even more, you can just add a quarter cup of lemon juice, but this may prove a little too tart to taste for some.

Directions

Blend the frozen fruit and juices in a high speed blender (ice drink mode) until fruit is fully blended and get a slushie texture.

Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings 1-cup servings.
