Introduction

I found this recipe in Light & Tasty magazine. Then I changed it up to fit what I had in my cabinet. My husband and daughter loved. It has a great little kick to it. Ingredients

    1 can Enchilada sauce
    1/4 cup Balsamic Vingear
    1/4 cup red wine
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Put chicken and all other ingredients in a container. Shake it around to be sure all chicken is covered. Put in refrigerater over night shaking ever 4 to 8 hours. Then when ready to eat grill until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
