Ingredients

    2 Cans Coconut Milk (Goya)
    1/3 Cup Swerve
    1 Package Sweet Leaf Stevia
    1.5 tsp Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla bean paste

Tips

Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Vegetarian, Lactose-Free Ice cream. Feel free to stir in any add ons (fruit, chocolate chips, mint flavoring, etc.) "Cook time" is about 30 minutes of churning or about an hour or longer of freezing (ice cube tray method).


Directions

Mix. Add to your ice cream machine and follow manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, freeze in ice cube trays at least an hour, and blend with a vita mix to desired consistency.

Optional Favors: peppermint, orange, lemon, lime, or other such food-safe flavoring oils.
