Ingredients

8 serving Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 8 per package
.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
.5 cup Raspberries
1 oz Milk, 2% sealtest (Canada) 1C/8oz
3 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Tips
Cut and freeze portions if you like. This is vegan if you use soy milk in the glaze. Great use for berries.
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Spread one package of Pillsbury Crescent dough on a parchment lined baking sheet and smooth out perforations.
Spread berries down the middle.
Make 8-10 angled cuts in from each edge.
Fold strips over the filling, alternating sides then close ends.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
Remove (with parchment) to cooling rack and spread some glaze over top.
Glaze: mix 2-4 Tbsp icing sugar with about 1 Tbsp milk to form a pasty consistency.
Serving Size: makes 8 slices
