Ingredients

    0.18 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2 1tsp Canola Oil
    0.75 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    0.50 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    0.50 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder
    0.50 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    0.14 Cilantro, raw
    7. oz Beef, round steak

Tips

Cut beef strips and vegetables uniformly to promote even cooking.
If more sauce is needed, add 1/4 cup water or OJ to create a sauce to put over rice.

Directions

Cut all vegetables uniformly to ensure even cooking. Saute garlic in 1 tsp. of oil and add in beef strips. Cook for 2-3 minutes until semi cooked and place in a bowl. Next, place oil in pan and add in vegetables--stir fry until crisp tender about 4 minutes. Add in beef, spices, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook until beef reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees.
