Ingredients

    1/2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Ketchup
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp, chopped Green Onion, raw
    2 clove Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Butter, salted
    1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
    1/2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, cooked
    1/2 cup Chicken Breast, cooked (exclude for vegetarian)

Tips

For a vegetarian-friendly option, exclude the chicken and substitute eggs or egg substitute instead for added protein.


Directions

1. Start by cooking rice according to directions.
2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, and ketchup. Set aside.
3. In a medium frying pan, fry onions and garlic in butter until onions are transparent. About 5 minutes.
4. Add carrots, green onions, corn and chicken to the frying pan. Then add cooked rice. Mix in the sauce, stirring until evenly distributed and heated throughout.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
