Ingredients

    2.0 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
    12.0 oz Sesame Seaweed Salad
    1.0 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine
    1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil
    2.0 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia

Directions

Thinly slice the cucumber and add the Seaweed salad, stirring to combine. Then measure the Rice Vinegar and the Mirin (rice wine) and stevia and pour over the mixture. Refrigerate for several hours.
