Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Granny smith apple, peeled and diced
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 oz Candied Jalapeņo Peppers, with brine, chopped small
    16 oz bag 3 Color Deli Coleslaw mix

Directions

Blend oil, vinegar, and mustard until emulsified. Add apples and jalapenos, along with the jalapeno brine.
Toss in full bag of coleslaw mix.
Let it set for at least an hour before serving, to give the flavors a chance to come together.
