Ingredients

    7 Eggs- large, fresh
    .25 cup serving 2 percent milk
    5 links Banquet Brown and serve Turkey sausage sliced and cut
    1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
    12 tots Ore Ida Tater Crowns, cut into 4 pcs
    12 tbsp chopped Raw Onions
    12 tbsp chopped Sweet Peppers

Tips

For non-stick, spray muffin pan or use parchment cup liners for easy cleanup.


Directions

Beat eggs and milk together. Divide the rest of the ingredients into 12 muffin cells. Pour egg/milk mixture to about 1/2 inch from top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25+/- 3 min. (until egg is firm in the center)

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular size muffin omelets.
