Ingredients

30g of Pulsin Soya Protein Powder (or alternative, otherwise you can leave out)
100g of oats
200ml Alpro Soya Milk Unsweetened (or alternative)
30g of Peanut Butter, Whole Earth Crunchy (or other brands)
10g of vegan chocolate (essentially a square)
40g of frozen berries (I use blackberries, raspberries, red and black currents)
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

- this version is vegan and protein boosted but feel free to switch or remove any ingredients as you wish. You're making it for you.
Directions
1) Mix the protein powder, milk and oats together throughly in a bowl/measuring jug.
2) Grab container for chilling and layer the mixture, placing berries and peanut butter at regular intervals.
3) Top with a couple of berries and the chocolate square.
4) Add cinnamon in the morning to top.
Serving Size: Makes 1 container full
